Recieved rebuild kit for the hydraulic pump. The kit was 95% o-rings. Rebuilt hydraulic pump. Hooked pump up to tester. Pump was worse than ever. It continued to chatter after cutoff by pressure switches. Very inconsistant. Determined that pump must be faulty. Got a used pump from Velocity and installed my motor and resevior on it. Installed unit in airplane and works like a champ. Gear system works very good. Had to very slightly loosen the bolt between the shock strut and overcenter linkage to let the gear free fall to a down position.
