Decided to tweek engine mount spacers slightly by changing to: CP upper- 1/2 in, CP lower- 3/8 in, pilot lower 1/8 in. This resulted in perfect engine/firewall alignment and near perfect cowl alignment. Obtained new AN bolts and torqued engine to firewall. For the record, used AN7-35A on Pilot side and AN7-37A on CP side.
Installed prop and backplate. Installed canard to check for component interference. There is none!
