Fabricated a lexan viewport into the wing bellcrank inspection plates. Believe what you read about trying to glue high/low energy plastics like this. Neither Plastic Fusion epoxy, Goop, plastic Zap nor Bondini would hold, so just ended up rivetting. Lexan may be bulletproof, but it scratches easily - will need to add some protective film.
