Brief Description: Fitted the wingtips and installed the NAV antenna
Made several trips to the hangar to fit the wingtips the nealry completed wings. There are 32 nutpates in each wingtip requiring alot of drlling/countersinking and riveting. Overall the wingtips fit well. I also installed the NAV antenna into the left wingtip. I used a piece of adhesive backed aluminum foil to wrap the antenna mounting edge around the fiberglass edge of the wingtip in order to make a good ground connection to the aluminum wing skin.
