Prepared the spinner assembly with the propelor mounted on a bench. I had to use a battery powered LED mounted behind the forward spinner ring in order to see the holes through the opaque spinner for drilling the mounting screw locations. Added all nut plates and tested the fit of the compete assembly on the prop.
