10/27 - 3.0 hrs. - Added the #6 nutplates to the optional access hole doubler. Removed the bottom skin & filed to create a bevel to the inboard edge. Cleaned interior of wing & reinstalled the skin panel. Began the riveting process of attaching the last skin to the bottom of the left wing.
10/28 - 4.0 hrs. - Continued closing up the wing, bottom outboard skin.
10/29 - 3.3 hrs. - Continued closing up the wing. Now up to the J-Channel.
10/30 - 2.5 hrs. - The Banging of The Rivets Continues...
11/02 - 2.0 hrs. - Left wing Ready to Return to Cradle for Final Rivet(s) Installation... Headed back to the hangar late afternoon & re-installed the left wing's aileron pushrod. Pushrod hardware torqued & sealed. Placed the optional access panel's doubler in place. Will rivet tomorrow.
11/03 - 0.8 hrs. - Riveted the optional access panel's doubler in place. Left wing awaiting move to cradle & will then finish setting the final few rivets for closure. Afternoon Update: The left wing is back in the cradle. Thank you Larry M. Will remove the rotisserie's mounting plank & support block tomorrow & possibly set the remaining rivets.
11/04 - 0.5hrs. - Removed the rotisserie's mounting plank & support block. Secured wing to the cradle. Ready for final riveting.
11/05 - 2.1hrs. - Completed the close-up of the left wing. Onto wing installation preparation...
