Basically the next thing was to trim the length of the door pin rods. I had cut mine too long so instead of pulling everythng apart, I used my Dremel to cut the pins to the right length, about 2 1/2" fully extended, while still in the door. I then rebeveled the edges, which was a little tricky, but I eyeballed it and it came out close enough.
