After the the doors were cured, I began the tedious process of trimming the doors to final size. The plans give you specific dimensions to trim to, but in reality, each door is unique and must be trimmed quite a bit to get the fit to the fusealge just right. It's a lot of sanding, fitting, more sanding, more fitting, and over and over again.
