Brief Description:  Drilling door halves to each other

Once the doors were rough trimmed, the door halves are clecoed together to fuse which will act like a jig to hold the skins in alignment when they are glued together. The sides and bottom get clecoed to holes in the fuse that were left open when the skins were riveted on. The trick is match drilling the holes. This is done by drawing lines on the fuse that extend past the edge of the door and intersect at the hole. With the door in-place and the fuse holes now covered, you just redraw the lines from the visible portions on fuse onto the door. Where they intersect indicates where to drill inorder to hit the hole underneath. Once the door is firmly attached, holes are drilled and clecoed around the window flange. These will hold that portion of the door together while the epoxy sets.
