I wrestled with how to duct the air from the baggage bulkhead to the eyeball vents. SCAT would be the material of choice, but the depth of the OHC really didn't support it, so I decided to build ducts out of fiberglass. Using rigid foam, carfdboard, wood, and egg cartons, I fashioned a male mold of a distrubtion manifold running from the the aft end of the OHC to each vent.
