I kept changing my mind on how I was going to route air from the rear NACA scoop up to the OHC. I originally had installed a flange on the rear side of the baggage bulkhead but as I worked on the OHC, I decided that I really needed a flange on both sides. So I bought a new fitting that passes through the bulkhead and provides a flange on both sides. I had to enlarged the hole a little to get the flange through, but a little file work took care of that. I then mounted the new flange with blind rivets and installed the duct.
