Brief Description: Finishing up some replacement parts
Back track day. Back when I was orignally working on the aileron hinge brackets and spar doublers I ran into some problems. First I goofed one of the rear spar doubler plate, the top part in photo 2. I was having issues with my CSK and over CSK'd some holes so bascially went ahead and trashed the part dialing the damn microstop in.
I also had a bearing problem in one of the brackets. Clecoed together the bearing turned free, but after riveting it would bind up. So I decided to break it apart and replace the bearing. The problem is I butchered some of the holes so I decided to just bite the bullet and replace the three bracket parts, the doubler, and the bearing.
Fast forward to yesterday and the replacement parts arrived. I drilled, deburred, and then primed all the parts
