Brief Description: Installed trim tabs, bent hinge pins
Today I decided to go ahead an install the trim tabs. That in of itself is an easy task, it was bending the hinge pin to the right shape that was hard and took all of the time. I had huge problems getting the second bend right, on both pins. My method was to heat the bend area with a butane torch and then bend to shape. Well a lot of trial and error (lots of error) later, I got something close enough to call it good. Both tabs are now installed and all I have lft to do is safety wire the pins in-place.
