Brief Description: Cut hinges, drilled, deburred, and began riveting
Cut the trim tab hinges from a single long piece of piano hinge. I then match drilled the segments to the elevator rear spar and the tabs themselves. After trimming to final size I removed the pins and deburred all the holes and dressed the ends where the segments were cut to length. I the riveted the elvators halves on first. And finshed up with the right tab. Riveting was no big deal. I used my MainSqueeze with a 1/4" tall die to clear the hinge eyelets and didn't have any issues avoiding them.
