Brief Description:  Double-flush riveted trailing edge

I had a lot of anxiety about this step. If followed the procedure exactly as outlined in the plans. It turned out to be a non-event and I was very pleased with the results. The edge is not perfectly straigt, but there's no bow either. Just some minor undulations that I believe were caused by my ham fisted attept at putting the slight bend on the edge prior to joining per the plans. Oh yeah, the clecos came out without any problems.

I then installed the spar and riveted to the shear clips. I finished up by going back and setting those aft bottom rib rivets that had given me problems earlier in the week. I ended up using a 1" chisel that I used as a back-rivet exstension. Basically I placed the chisel on the shop head side of the rivet and the hammer on the chisel and then pounded the shit out of it until a head formed. Took a couple of tries but was able to set all of them with solid rivets (except for the very last one which is a blind rivet per the plans). The heads weren't perfect but they'll do. Also completed the riveting of the rudder horn and striker plates to the spar.
