Brief Description: Finishing 101 - aileron, windows & gear legs
More of the same.
Had a bash at filling the gear legs. I had extended the under side in a reasonable airfoil, leaving it to be faired at the top. This I did with a curved scraper, loading dry fill to an airfoil shape. I filled them roughly, then after a 2 hour break had another go, and then another. Looks lovely. Left a gap at the trailing edge so the cover will have glass-to-glass, then 1 x BID overlapping 1" onto the gear leg, using MGS fast.
After first attempt at Cory Birding the remaining aileron found a low spot. Refilled and started the process again.
