Add lower cowling flange, 7 x UND from 45 degree tapes with the plies crossing at 90 degrees at the sides, 5 x UND at 45/90 forward. Wet them out on the bench on peel ply and transferred. Didn't plan well for the 'aesthetic pieces' or the smoke oil line, which were a pain to work around. Lathered some flox about and got them down.
Dutifully set the camera up to record the lower flanges, but didn't notice the battery was flat...
Whilst dealing with this I remembered a post from Marc Zeitlein about pour foam not sitting well on top of aluminium, causes corrosion from memory. Make a mental note to encase the smoke oil pipe in foam and glass like the main landing gear tubes before adding pour foam one day...
