Sanded upper and lower transitions on Aileron, sanding into the top ply, and tapering the overlaps a bit. Cleaned up blobs and drips.
Balanced Aileron onto a wire through the hinge pins and it looks the same as the right. 8 degrees tail down on the top surface. It takes 98g of lead balanced on the trailing edge to make the bottom surface level. This is a good Aileron.
Reassembled right Aileron and compared with the left, so far. All looks good and mirror image.
Roused out the hardware and could not find CS151. A quick look around could not reveal its location, and I don't think I have a spare bit of tubing long enough. Making the CS121 10" longer than they had to be has just come back to bite me. :(
