After much doodling and considering made a wood form for the planned Ugolini style vent, then made a female half from plaster of paris. Over the last few days laid up a prototype vent using 1 x BID, 1 x CF BID & 1 x BID. Result was horrible.
Made attempt #2, using both halves of the form to layup 2 items. just 4 x BID. Results were nice and trimmed up nicely.
