Brief Description: Cowling join flanges and transitions
Over the last few days monotonous sanding, FILL the odd low bit, cure and sand some more.
Applied 5 x BID flanges to the remainder of the cowling join. All done through the cowl openings, so no useful pictures.
Turtleback top now has a pleasing profile, and the fill is not too thick. Having assessed this has reminded me of a couple of places on the nose where the fill IS too thick. I'll get around to that.
Trimmed all when cured, and spent some more time fine sanding the window opening edges.
