Brief Description: NACA engine duct correction and general FILL
New Hardener West 206 slow batch L2218900 New Resin West 105 batch K2218891
Filled NACA sides to profile with dry micro and applied 1 x BID over deep repairs and side, overlapping on the new flat bit at the leading edge of the NACA. Peel ply over all.
Made up far too much micro, so FILLed port fuselage side. Had to make up another batch to finish, so got to work on the strake
Still had some energy, so prep sanded port strake bottom 40g using Festool for the flat bits and a hand block at the edges.
Slathered FILL over the port strake bottom, avoiding the fuel drain, coz I haven't got my head around that yet.
