Wow! No entries for over a month. I've been to Oshkosh in a camper, and camped at 5 NASCAR races. Plenty of contact with Canardians, and much ogling of airframes. The walk-around/bull sessions were especially welcome. Had a ball getting hints off Klaus Savier.
One conversation I had with a couple of people, and have confirmed with the archive is that many have problems with clearance with Infinity sticks. I'm pondering if it was a good idea buying them, but I am determined to make them work now.
Decide to experiment with bulged windows, and make a wood form that will fit in my electric oven, (whilst the wife is away in Europe). Profile it to fit the fuselage side, and cut a streamline teardrop shape in it. I used 3/4" ply, as that is the aim for the bulge. Make a backing plate and put a tyre valve in it. Match drill the forms and matching bit of 3mm acrylic sheet
