Sanded remaining LWA hard points. Remembered how hard it was to juggle metal parts through the Aluminiprep and Alodine, and drilled a 1/16" hole in a corner of all the metal parts, and engraved the part number on all the metal. This is the new standard for me! Cleaned and alodined LWA1.
Tried using 1/2" brads to hold LWA1 in place, one through the hanging hole and one more to stop rotation. Seems to work OK nailed through the foam into the jig. Figger will work better if I cut the heads off, to aid pulling through the flox to remove from the outside.
Drilled through bottom of jig so I can insert nails from underneath to place CS6/6.5/7.
