Popped off door and trimmed to size. Seems to have turned out well, but is a little flexy in the middle. I reckon airflow would 'oil-can' it.
Applied a 1/4" triangle of foam along the centerline, then 3 x BID tapes around the edge and over the foam. Farted around with templates for the junctions, to avoid 6 x BID for the corners, but didn't work well,
Back onto the nose to cure, discovering I had to rout a channel for my rib to sit in.
