Install AN822-4D fittings in master cylinders using permatex #3, clock per plans.
Install rudder pedal mounts on side longerons, torque bolts to 23 in/lb.
Install rudder tube bushing blocks on ends of rudder tubes. Protect steel tubes with a light coat of grease.
Install rudder pedal assembly in fuselage on previously installed mounts.
Torque bolts to 23 in/lb.
Locate center bushing per plans.
Match drill mount holes using #12 drill.
Remove bushing.
Debur holes.
Install top bushing and bottom bushing per plans with one exception. An AN960-10 washer was installed between the two bushing halves on each bolt to compensate for material loss due to the blade kerf required to separate the bushing halves.
Verify fit and movement of rudder pedals. Pedals are snug but move smoothly.
