Brief Description: Install Left ER Tank Vent, Fuel Pump

1348 - 1642 Locate and drill bottom skin for ER tank vent. Fabricate vent line per plans. Install B nuts and sleeves, flare tubing using double flare tool. Install tank and verify fit. Position and clamp fuel pump doubler to wing rib. Match drill pump mount hole to rib using #40 drill, cleco as drilled. Drill doubler rivet holes in rib and doubler using #40 drill. Final drill holes using #30 drill. Final drill pump mount holes using 1/4" drill. Position nut plates for pump mount bolts. Match drill rib and doubler using #40 drill. Remove all clecos. Debur all holes, smooth all edges using s/b wheel. Machine c-sink doubler for flush rivet at nut plate mounting holes. Cleco doubler in place. Rivet doubler using p-squeezer and 3x rivet gun. Position and cleco nut plates. Rivet nut plates using p-squeezer. Clean rib bay of all chips.
