Brief Description: Install Left ER Tank Fuel Pump

Bolt fuel pump to doubler, torque to 60 in/lb.
Install nylon web tube over wires for additional protection.
Crimp knife blade connector to positve pump wire and 18 AWG wire. This facilitates removal of pump should it become necessary.
Connect positive pump wire to 18 AWG using knife connectors, heat shrink connection.
Crimp .188 female connectors to two 18 AWG wires for stall warning system. Connect to COM and NO connections on stall warning microswitch, cover with heat shrink.
Install two nylon 90 degree wire mounts using pop rivets.
Route wires from pump and stall warning over mounts and tywrap. Route wires from rib bay, through rib, and through grommet installed in spar tooling hole.
Locate and drill rib for 90 degree bulkhead fitting. Hole was relocated due to the proximity of the tooling hole specified for use in the plans and the stall warning system.
Debur hole.
Install bulkhead fitting, clock for premade hose length, tighten fitting.
Install ER tank.
Fabricate fuel line from bulkhead fitting to pump output fitting using 5052-0 tubing, tubing bender, and double flare tool.
Fabricate fuel line from ER tank supply fitting to pump inlet fitting using 5052-0 tubing, tubing bender, and double flare tool.
Verify fit of all components.
