Brief Description: Fabricate Left ER Tank Access Panel

Fabricate access panel for left ER tank from 032 2024 sheet. Size was previously determined to replace stall warning access panel and give adequate access to ER tank and pump.
Using access panel, layout lines on wing skin for cutout.
Layout rivet lines for doubler.
Cut and remove skin cutout.
Debur and smooth all edges.
Layout doubler on 032 2024 sheet, shear to size.
Debur and smooth all edges using s/b wheel.
Locate and drill skin for flush rivets using #40 drill
Position doubler under skin, match drill hole using #40 drill, cleco as drilled.
Install access panel, match drill holes to doubler using #40 drill.
Remove all clecos.
Final drill access panel holes using #19 drill, dimple for #8 screw.
Final drill screw holes in doubler using #19 drill.
Using K1100 nut plate, match drill doubler for nut plate mounting rivets.
Layout doubler cutout for flange.
Cut and remove center of doubler.
Debur and smooth all edges.
Dimple doubler mount holes for flush rivets.
Dimple screw holes in doubler for #8 screws.
Dimple nut plate mount holes in doubler for flush rivets.
