Cleco K1100-08 nut plate to corner location of doubler. These will not be accessable with the p-squeezer when doubler is installed, 4x.

Rivet nut plates to corners of doubler.

Cleco doubler to bottom wing skin.

Rivet doubler to skin using p-squeezer, beginning in the center, worikng to ends, alternating sides.

Cleco K1100-08 nut plates to doubler.

Rivet nut plates using p-squeezer.

Verify fit of access panel.
