Fabricate controller mount bracket from 6061 063 x 1 x 1 angle.
Locate and drill 3 mount holes using #40 drill.
Locate and drill 2 controller mount holes using #40 drill.
Match drill controller from angle using #40 drill, final drill using #28 drill, cleco as drilled.
Match drill J stiffener to angle using #40 drill, cleco as drilled.
Remove all clecos.
Debur holes, smooth and radius edges of angle using bench sander and s/b wheel.
Locate and drill mounting holes for K1000-632 nut plates.
Machine c-sink nut plate mount holes for flush rivets.
Rivet nut plates to angle using p-squeezer.
Rivet angle to J stiffener using p-squeezer.
Temporarily mount controller to angle and verify fit.
