Brief Description: QB Wings Duckworks HID Lights Install

1306 - 1524 Fabricate accurate template for mounting holes. Locate mounting holes using template on two ribs. Drill holes using #30 drill. Cleco 10-32 plate nuts to mounting holes. Orient plate nut tabs to lightening holes. Match drill ribs to plate nut tabs, cleco as drilled, using #40 drill. Debur all holes. Rivet plate nuts to outboard side of rib bay using pop rivets supplied, 8x. Measure and cut mounting bracket per instructions. Bend UP, the stiffeneing tab on bracket to allow for ballast mounting. Smooth and debur all edges of both sections of mounting bracket, using bench sander and s/b wheel. NOTED MISSING PARTS IN HID LIGHT KITS. the 063 x 3/4" angle was not included in either kit. I called Duckworks and they are shipping parts.
