Cut 1/16" inside light opening outline using Harbor Freight HS Metal Saw. Thanks to all those who recommended this saw. Worked great, cut skin smoothly and like butter.
Removed cutout.
Using vixen file, small file and s/b wheels, smoothed and deburred all hole edges to template line.
