Brief Description: QB Wings Duckworks HID Light Install

1418 - 1612 Debur and smooth edges and holes of left wing HID mount parts. Fabricate attach angles for mount from 063 x 3/4 aluminum angle 8" long, 4x. Drill and cleco angles to light mount using #30 drill. Install mount in left wing rib bay, using cleco clamps to hold the inboard mount in position on the angles. Remove mount from wing. Drill inboard mount for rivets using #30 drill. Drill outboard mount using #30 drill. Cleco mount together and install in wing to check fit. Remove mount. Measure, mark and cut mount for right wing using left mount for measurements. Cut right mount per instructions. Debur and smooth edges and holes in right mount, all parts. Bend stiffener tab UP per instructions, allowing ballast mounting.
