Brief Description: Fuel pressure & Airbox temperature senders
I was able to install the fuel pressure sender today, it is a UMA N1EU07D differential unit that compares fuel pressure to airbox pressure as recommended by Rotax. I purchased a factory nipple from Rotax to replace the blanking plug in the airbox and used genuine (expensive!) hose as well. I also removed the blanking plug for the airbox temperature sensor to be installed next to the existing sensor used by the TCU then installed the ATS-500 sensor. Both items were installed using low strength thread locker as per the Heavy Maintenance Manual. The pressure sender is installed at an angle to allow it to drain & prevent fuel congealing.
