Brief Description:  Bonding of the skins to the canopy.

With some spare hands ready - finished applying the flocked epoxy. Placed the skin in position. starting at the front of the canopy, and lightly screwed to hold it in place. When all screwed on (ie held lightly in position around the bottom edge) taped foam blocks in position to keep the top edge reasonably tight n the canopy. Went pretty well - max gap at the top edge ended up at about 2mm.

Monitored the curing until the epoxy was firm but not hard - then removed all the tape and blocks. Used some of the epoxy to fill the small gaps around the top edge. Backbladed with a putty knife to trim excess epoxy from the top edge - then carefully pulled the masking tape from the canopy - leaving a reasonably clean and smooth joint.

Lifted the canopy and smoothed the bottom joint. Used the remaining epoxy - now very firm - to fill some of the bottom joint. Used plenty of acetate to fully clean down the outside of the skin and all around the bottom joint.

Then switched to the other side and repeated the whole exercise.
