Trim servo set up is straightforward, It is just a matter of setting the servo in the correct position and checking, by running it in both directions for binding. Once your happy it is fitted to the damper unit which is setup to the correct position with a jig.
Most of the time here is getting the correct setup of the tail planes on the Torque Tube to fit to the fuselage by trimming the flange to be 3mm space.
The T bar is fitted to the damper unit. This also needs supporting for easer rigging and de-rigging of the tail planes. I made a 3mm wood bulkhead with a slot to allow the T bar to move within it.
