Brief Description:  Sec 44-2 steps 1-6 Plus some rework on wing tips

I mounted the filler valve for the Aerox O2 system on the center upright post in the aft baggage area bulkhead. Also reconfigured the battery cables to allow for a cleaner set-up and to allow for access with the cable routed under the O2 mounting base. On Wed. I retreived the wings from the Hangar, hard to believe they've been out there for 17 months!!!!!. I found the wing fairing supports (last of the alum parts!) and separted them, deburred, then fluted them to match the wing contour. Clecoed. and match drilled etc.to both L & Right sides. When loading the wings @ the airport, I 'dinged' one of the flaps because the UHAUL rear door wasn't al the way up. @$#%#@!! I used the hand seamer today and was able to get it worked out pretty well, It's on the bottom of the right flap and won't be visible, but with a little primer/filler. it should be completely hidden. I needed to replace the closeout tips in the wing tips. I had initially riveted them too far aft which caused the fiberglass to spread too far and it caused the wing skins to expand in order to get them installed. So I drilled out the old rivets, and used the dremel cutoff to remove old parts. I had installed the previous parts so that they were flush with the fiberglass, for appearance, sake, but I was having difficulty getting the part at the right position in order to allow for the wing tip to fit without spreading the skins, and so I installed the replacement parts the 'ugly' way !!!!
