After sizing up a replacement set of landing gear shock struts for an hour (replacing stream lined set with round tubing set because they are said to be much stronger), I decided it would be much more fun to do that when I'm ready to put it back on wheels and go ahead and jump into the wings. I hung the fuselage from a come along so I could steal the rotisserie for the wings. I also set up the ends of the wings to adapt to the rotiserrie. I laid the wing out flat and opened the temp pop rivets and took out the inventory stored inside the wing. I also opened the access panels of the wing that was nearly completed by the previous kit owner so that I could see how it goes together. Very nice to have a wing to learn from! Also started to clean out the wing a bit. It's collected some dust over time.
