Brief Description: Oil leak work, other.

Stopped at FBO and picked up oil test kit and ordered oil tank plug, O rings, crush gaskets, and Chemseal polysulfide sealer. Adjusted voltage regulator down slightly. I noticed on last flight generator was pushing out 14+ volts. Used Dremel and ScotchBrite wheels to clean old sealer off of engine bottom joint. Retorqued ¼” case half clamping bolts. Flushed oil tank. Out came a dead housefly and a few other pieces of crud. Test fitted the new snap studs and tried various screws and rivets for possible installation.
