Made three runs of the MicroVib balancer. 1. Verify yesterday’s reading on position 2 and get baseline. 2. Heavy weight for calibration. 3. Final run with two longer bolts and washers.
Final weights: Orientation: TDC mark up (position 2 as defined yesterday) 60 deg point 7.9 grams (longer bolt and four washers). 120 deg point 6.6 grams (longer bolt and three washers). IPS reading .023 – very good per Ed.
Have oil leak to fix, apperars to be in vicinity of left mag.
Mentored Jane working on N37JP condition inspection. Installed wings and ran carb sync tests.
