Super glued washers together and installed on inboard side of both aileron control arm attach bolts. Holding off on installing nuts until pulley adjustments have been made. For now, it appears no turnbuckle adjustments will be necessary.
Dry fit wing close-out panels, opened up holes over tinnermans, cut openings to match old mounting holes.
Removed right magneto, internally timed on bench, reinstalled. Able to set 28 degrees BTC now, but still near end of adjustment slots. Tweaked left mag timing to 30 degrees.
Removed triangular plate on left side of engine (filter adapter pad) and pumped oil into engine passages and also back towards oil pump while turning engine over backwards to prime pump. Motored engine with starter, oil pressure came into the green.
Polarized the generator per service manual procedure. Reinstalled spark plugs.
Called Spruce again, still no word on Hooker return. Put away tools.
