Located Cliff's box of generator and regulator parts, they turned out to be of the 35-amp variety. Installed old regulator in airplane without cover. Checked wiring connections in airplane. Started engine and observed a high voltage and charging rate. Adjusted voltage regulator with multiple trial and error runs to obtain close to 13.8 volts. Same routine with current regulator to achieve 12-amp max current. Buttoned up for test flight tomorrow.
