This is something that began almost a year ago with the installation of the CHT quad gauge. I marked all of the probe wires coming out of the gauge and out of the engine with great detail, so it’s making it much easier to pick up where I left off months ago.
The most difficult part of this was actually routing the CHT probe wires down the engine from the probes and under the engine to the cabin. I used several adel clamps and routed them nicely to the center access of the firewall.
Once I made the connections to the leads from the quad gauge, I coiled and zip tied the remainder of the wire. I will likely secure this extra wire under the bus boards. I haven’t decided yet.
