Brief Description: Breaker/Switches Installed and Console Assembled
It took awhile to carefully drill out each of the switch/breaker holes with a step drill. Installing them was also an easy way to scratch up the panel, so I wrapped the wrenches with blue masking tap and was careful to not over tighten or misalign the breakers. Also, the breakers needed to be placed in the correct locations because each circuit needs to be specifically protected.
I also assembled the console and made sure there were proper clearances between the side panel screws and the breakers. I designed the console so that either side could be independently removed, if necessary. Also, you can see that the belly access will remain possible with the removable panels I included.
