Removed nose doors, topped up flox and layed up 1 x BID over nutplates overlapping onto the inside of the door flange and peel plied the edges.
Have had the thought in the back of my mind for a while now that a trial w&b indicated I need more nose weight for the first flights, and may need more than I had allowed for solo flight if I maintain my current weight, or even lose some more. Spent some time pondering how I could achieve this. Do I do the shot-bag concept I saw in some planes at Rough River, or continue my can-plan. Hmmmmm.
