The F706 Bulkhead assembly is still mostly held together with clecos. Prior plan instructions said to leave it this way. Do I rivet it together now while the access is good? I took a look at the drawings for guidance to see if there are are more things that get attached and didn't find anything other then down around the bottom. I'll hold off on that for now.
