Brief Description: Wing Skeleton assembly and Drilling
This was fun. I assembled both wing skeletons – rear spar, main ribs, front spar, and outboard leading edge ribs. I started with the left wing because it is well illustrated in the drawings, and you need to get the correct rib part numbers and orientations. With the left wing on the left workbench and the right wing on the right workbench, it was easy to assemble the right wing by using the opposite rib orientation of each rib. I labeled each rib numerically inboard to outboard and the main spar as well so each assembly was documented. I then drilled the rib attach holes using the wing spars as guides. Completed the left wing drilling and most of the right.
