Over a few different days I finished up flange straightening and fluting of the remaining main wing ribs, leading edge ribs, and tank ribs while in Idaho on vacation. The leading edge and tank ribs were more challenging as the distortion was generally greater for them. I found that by laying the rib on a flat table and then fluting the rib in that position that I could better see the progress and where the fluting provided the proper adjustment. I left the two close-out leading edge ribs un-fluted because there were no pilot holes to guide the placement of the flute bends. I can wait until I am assembling the leading edge and then mark the approximate hole locations and finish these two off.
