Brief Description:  Inboard rib prep

I finally settled on a sequence for drilling the T-410, T-405, and inboard rib holes. I wasn’t comfortable just clamping everything together and drilling. Here is how I did it. I first located the fuel line fitting hole location in the T-405. The drawings give you one dimension for locating the hole from the top of the fitting (1 1/16”). I eye balled the center of the rib nose shape to get the other. I then clamped the T-410 and T-405 together and drilled #30 on the drill press the hole for the fuel fitting and one of the rivet holes. This set the orientation of these two parts. I then clamped the T-405 to the rib and match drilled these two holes into the rib. I could then cleco all three parts together (T-405. T-401, and rib). I “eyeballed” the rivet locations per the drawing (no dimensions provided) making sure there was adequate distance between the rivets and the fuel fitting nut. Using the drill press I drilled the remaining rivet holes #30. I then clamped up the two T-405’s so I could match drill the other side without having to repeat the same hole location process. The second T-405 was then used for the other side as described above.
