I started by finishing the right side riveting for the tank access ring and plate nuts.
I mounted the tank drains with a nut, bolt, and washer from the junk drawer. I built the bolt shank up with tape to get the drain centered on the hole as other builders have documented as a tip. Match drilled both sides and deburred.
